Renee is an exceptional realtor! I recently moved to the Queen City from out of state, and she took her time to make sure the process could be as seamless as possible for me. Moving across multiple state lines is HARD, but with her support and guidance, it didn’t seem as bad once I got settled into my new home. Even the small things were taken care of before I could even add that to my list of never ending things - like making sure all of my utilities were turned on before I moved.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the CLT area and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure things go the way they should. She controlled what she could control, and that’s all I could ask for. Everything that she did was in excellence. All of her Is were dotted and all of her Ts were crossed.

She even thought of the things my previous realtors hadn’t thought of - like a binder of my floor plans, warranty information, mortgage information, etc. all printed out!!
